Terms & Conditions

1. The service. moodspec ("the Service") is provided by SC QWERTYBIT SRL, registered in Romania. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts. You may use the free tier without an account. An account is required for cloud backup, additional canvases and MCP endpoints. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email access secure.

3. Plans and billing. The free plan covers one locally-stored canvas. Pro costs USD 10 per month, billed in advance, renewing until cancelled. Business costs USD 24 per editor per month with a three-editor minimum. Cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, except where required by law. EU consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of first purchase.

4. Your content. You keep all rights to what you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it for the purpose of operating the Service, including serving it to agents you connect. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

5. Third-party material. Fonts, logos, articles and images you collect remain the property of their owners. moodspec is a reference tool: it does not grant you a licence to use any third-party asset, and you are responsible for licensing anything you ship.

6. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to store unlawful material, to infringe others' rights, to scrape at a volume that degrades the Service, or to resell access to endpoints.

7. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but provide the Service "as is", without warranty. Free-tier canvases live in your browser: clearing site data deletes them and we cannot recover them.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law. Romanian law applies, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
