Questions
- Do I need an account to start?
- No. The canvas opens straight away and saves in your browser. You only sign in when you want a backup or MCP.
- What happens to my free canvas if I upgrade?
- It uploads as-is, keeps its layout, and gets an endpoint. Nothing is re-created.
- What counts as an editor?
- Anyone who can change a canvas. Viewers and agents reading over MCP are free and unlimited.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the canvas menu. Your canvases stay readable and exportable on the free plan.
- Is my canvas private?
- Yes. Endpoints are private per canvas and can be revoked. We never train on your content.
- Can we pay yearly by invoice?
- Business and Enterprise, yes — invoice, PO or procurement portal. Pro is card only.
