Privacy Policy

Who we are. moodspec is operated by SC QWERTYBIT SRL ("we", "us"), registered in Romania, acting as data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: office@qwertybit.com.

What we collect. If you use moodspec without an account, your canvas is stored in your own browser and we receive no personal data beyond anonymous, aggregated usage counts. If you sign in, we store your email address, your authentication method (Google or one-time code), your plan status, and the canvases you choose to back up.

Canvas content. Assets you add — fonts, colours, images, links, article text, customer notes — are stored so we can show them back to you and serve them to agents you connect. We do not sell this content, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Third parties we rely on. Google Fonts (font metadata and files), our payment processor (subscription billing; we never see your card number), our hosting and database provider inside the EU, and error-reporting software. When you paste a URL we fetch that page to extract its assets; that request comes from our servers and includes no information about you.

MCP endpoints. A canvas endpoint is private and unguessable, and can be revoked at any time. Requests made to it are logged with a timestamp and client name for ninety days so you can see which agent read what.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). Email us and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your account removes your canvases from our systems within thirty days, excluding routine backups which expire within ninety.

Cookies. We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
